Covered Items:
  • Any part under the manufactures warranty (for warranty information see owners manual)
  • One-year warranty on labor (unless a different written agreement is made by Pride Mobility Products Corp. and your dealer).
Terms of Contract:
  1. This contract must be purchased at the same time that the unit is purchased.
  2. This service contract covers one specific product, with the serial number being recorded on the original invoice. This contract applies to no other product.
  3. The contract period begins on the date of purchase by the consumer from an authorized dealer.
  4. This contract covers only a new product, for the benefit of the original purchaser only. This contract does not extend to purchasers of used equipment.
  5. This contract covers only service necessitated by product failure during normal usage. This contract specifically does not cover failure due to abuse. The manufacturer reserves the right to determine whether or not the failure is due to abuse. Customer abuse voids this contract.
  6. This contract specifically does not cover the fabric or tires on the product.
  7. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from any abuse, misuse, unauthorized repairs, negligence, accident, alteration or modification of the product. If damage is caused by common carrier abuse or mishandling, a CLAIM MUST BE MADE WITH YOUR DEALER UPON DELIVERY INSPECTION.
  8. The manufacturer will not be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages.
  9. This contract only covers repairs made by authorized agents. Unauthorized repairs may void this contract. The manufacturer will not reimburse the purchaser for any unauthorized repairs.
  10. It will be the sole option of the manufacturer to determine when parts will be replaced instead of being repaired.
To receive Warranty Service:
  • Discontinue all use of defective equipment immediately upon discovery of the defect.
  • Call your dealer and please have your name, address, phone number, and the chair's serial number ready when you call. Your dealer will then forward all of the information to Pride Mobility Products Corp.
  • Pride will then assess the problem and arrange for a Field Service Representative to make an appointment with you for evaluation and/or repair of the product.
